Booking Fees

  • A booking fee is required at the time of you booking your appointment, this fee is 50% of the cost of your tattoo. This fee goes towards the cost of your tattoo and is non-refundable.
  • All tattoo designs are only drawn up once a booking fee is paid, designs are sent out the week of your tattoo appointment.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 48 hours before the appointment or you will lose your booking fee.
  • Booking fee can be moved to your rescheduled appointment, BUT ONLY ONCE. If you rearrange a second time or cancel your appointment you will lose your booking fee.
  • Booking fees can be paid via bank transfer, card or cash in the studio.

Before Your Tattoo

  • Please ensure you have no reason to be refused service such as: being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnancy or breastfeeding, illness, injury in area of tattoo
    IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE CONTACT US.
  • Eat before your tattoo. If you are in for a long session you will get breaks.
  • Come to your appointment clean wearing appropriate clothing for the area to be tattooed
  • Do not come to your appointment more than 15 minutes early.
  • Try not to be late to your appointment. If you are over 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee. Please let us know if you are running late.
  • Only one friend can come in with you for your appointment. No under 16's are allowed to sit with you.
  • Make sure you have funds to pay for your appointment, we accept cash or card.

We maintain the right to cancel, reschedule or refuse an appointment.

Touch ups

Should you require a touch up, this is offered free of charge, however the below does apply:

  • One free touch up per client except on finger tattoos.
  • The tattoo must have been done in the past three months.
  • If you miss your touch up appointment the touch up will no longer be offered free of charge if you re-book.
  • You may rearrange your touch up appointment once, however if you rearrange it again you will incur a set-up fee of £30.
  • If you have deliberately damaged your tattoo while healing (picked, scratched, exposed to sun) you will not be offered a free touch up.
